Welcome to the MVSA apparel site.

We will leave the order window open until directed otherwise by MVSA. At this time the factory that makes the jerseys has been shut down until May 1st. Once we decide to move orders into production, typical production times for the sublimated jerseys are 5 weeks plus shipping time, so close to 6 weeks. During these uncertain times relating to COVID-19, it is possible that orders will take longer. At this point if the factory opens May 1, the anticipated order completion is mid-June.

*** Required Items***

Pants: All players are required to have black softball pants. If you already own pants you do NOT need to purchase new ones for this season.

Jerseys:

-8U Players are required to purchase the green jersey.

-10U & Up Players are required to purchase the home/away set of jerseys.

-Jersey NUMBERS: Prior to placing your jersey order, please make sure that you know your player's number for the season. If you are not certain, please contact Scott Louder at his email address: s.louder@icloud.com

If you have multiple players, please place their jersey orders as 2 separate transactions so that we can more closely track numbers. During check-out you will be asked to put your player's name and select their level.

Fan apparel or any optional items may be combined with any order regardless of who it is for.

Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Sizing: We have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note there are items from different manufacturers and fit is not always consistent between different brands. There will be fittings for jerseys and pants put on by MVSA.

Delivery: You will receive an email when you order is ready for pick-up at our store in Maplewood on the SW corner of Hwy 36 & White Bear Ave or you may have your order shipped for $10.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
